Cogdill Builders, Inc., is a family-owned business of 3rd and 4th generation builders founded by John Cogdill in 1965 to serve the people of Northeast Florida and South Georgia. Over the decades, we have designed and built over 1000 custom homes and commercial structures throughout the First Coast. In addition to founding Cogdill Builders Inc. in
1965, John Cogdill has served various professional
and governmental entities, helping to establish
building codes and industry standards, most notably
in the areas of windstorm damage and other environmental
issues. John is a graduate of the University of
Florida School of Building Construction and is a
State of Florida Certified General Contractor. |
